Saturday was the day for 12 of our colleagues: Out of the office and into the cockpit! At the ADAC car intensive training course in Regensburg Rosenhof, everything revolved around driving dynamics, reaction speed - and safe handling in extreme situations.

On the weekend of May 3-4, the new pedestrian bridge Neuer Poststeg in Passau was lifted into place. This new bridge replaces the old platform and is an important link to the central bus station.

And that is also a firm tradition with us! We were delighted to celebrate the birthday of our Managing Director Max Oblinger today! And to celebrate, he surprised us with a delicious pizza!

Every year, when spring sends the first rays of sunshine across the fields here in Abensberg, there is only one theme at Gammel Engineering: asparagus season! And for us, that means - quite officially and with full commitment: get out of the office and get to work on the asparagus!

Managing Director Max Oblinger and our Design Engineer Martin Birnböck took part in the Building Information Modeling (BIM) symposium on May 6, 2025. Mr. Carsten Kipper moderated the workshop together with his colleagues from the Vollack Group.

On 15.04.2025, our colleagues Managing Director Max Oblinger and Project Planner Johannes Scheugenpflug were able to take part in the ground-breaking ceremony for the energy center for the new innovation quarter of the former Prinz Leopold barracks in Regensburg.

When nature awakens to new life and the days become longer and brighter again, Easter is a very special celebration for us - not only as the most important festival in the Christian calendar, but also as a wonderful opportunity to pause for a moment and spend time together with the family. This year, Gudrun Gammel is continuing a loving tradition: with a lot of heart and soul, she surprises the children of our employees with a small but lovely Easter surprise. A gesture that brings joy - and is a sign of our appreciation for all those who contribute to the success of our company on a daily basis.

In November 2024, yoga trainer Susanne Ohneis started the yoga program specially tailored to our team in our offices. Since then, the course has been fully booked with 12 participants.

A project that inspires - where modernity meets sustainability. In close cooperation with the renowned Brückner & Brückner architects, we have transformed the Neustadt an der Waldnaab secondary school and the adjacent multi-gym into a pioneering learning and sports environment.

The future of modern learning environments begins with pioneering, sustainable building solutions - and this is precisely where our commitment comes in. Gammel Engineering is proud to have set new standards in MEP planning in an innovative project together with the renowned architects Brückner & Brückner.

On Thursday, March 13, 2025, our boss Gudrun Gammel, together with Dietmar Montag, the tipster for this donation, was able to hand over another donation from the Gammel Family Social Fund. This time, the sum of €500 went to Frühstücksfreunde Abensberg e. V., represented by Ursula Prohaska.

Together with the planning partners, Vollack symbolically presented a plaque to the client Atlas Copco.
